1. Order Confirmation
• Orders will only be processed after full payment is received.
• Confirmation of order details (size, color, quantity, etc.) must be made via WhatsApp/DM before payment.
• We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer.
2. 🎨 Color & Size Disclaimer
• Actual product colors may differ slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
• These differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
• Please confirm your size against the provided measurements before placing your order.
At times, the label size may appear smaller than the actual measurements. If you have any doubts, kindly request the exact measurements or seek sizing advice before confirming your purchase.
2. 🚫 No Return / No Refund
• All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as:
o Change of mind
o Wrong size ordered
o Color mismatch due to lighting/screen
o Delayed delivery by courier
3. Exchange Policy (If Item Is Damaged)
• Exchange is only allowed if the item is received damaged or defective.
• Customers must provide a clear 360° unboxing video (without any cuts or pauses) as proof.
• Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage claims. Without it, no exchange will be processed.
• Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
• If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement item (subject to availability) or store credit.
• No refunds will be issued.
