Terms & Conditions Policy – Ithra Fashion

Welcome to Ithra Fashion. By accessing our website and proceeding with any purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your order.

1. Order Confirmation & Payment Policy

1.1 All orders will only be processed after full payment has been successfully received.

1.2 Customers are required to confirm complete order details (size, color, quantity, design, and shipping information) via WhatsApp or Direct Message (DM) prior to making payment.

1.3 Once payment is made, the order is considered final and confirmed.

1.4 Ithra Fashion shall not be responsible for any incorrect information provided by the customer, including but not limited to wrong size, color, address, or contact number.

1.5 Ithra Fashion reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock unavailability.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Order cancellation is strictly allowed within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

2.2 Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be permitted.

2.3 Cancellation requests must be made immediately via WhatsApp with your order details.

2.4 If cancellation is approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 7–14 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Any non-refundable transaction or processing charges may be deducted.

2.5 Ithra Fashion reserves the right to reject cancellation requests that do not meet the above conditions.

3. Color & Size Disclaimer Policy

3.1 We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to:

Lighting conditions
Photography effects
Screen resolution and display settings

3.2 Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for exchange or refund.

3.3 Customers must carefully review the provided measurement chart before placing an order.

3.4 In some cases, the label size may appear smaller than actual garment measurements due to design or cutting standards. This does not indicate a defect.

3.5 If you are unsure about sizing, you must request exact measurements or seek sizing advice before confirming your purchase.

Once payment is completed, responsibility for size selection rests entirely with the customer.

4. Strict No Return / No Refund Policy

4.1 All purchases are final.

4.2 Ithra Fashion does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind
Wrong size selected
Color differences due to lighting or screen settings
Courier delays
Minor variations that do not affect product functionality

4.3 By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to this strict No Return / No Refund policy.

5. Exchange Policy (Damaged or Defective Items Only)

5.1 Exchange is strictly allowed only if the item received is damaged or defective.

5.2 To qualify for an exchange, customers must provide:

A clear 360° unboxing video
The video must start before opening the parcel
The recording must be continuous (no cuts, pauses, or edits)

5.3 The unboxing video is mandatory. Claims without proper video proof will not be entertained.

5.4 Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

5.5 If the claim is approved:

A replacement item will be provided (subject to stock availability), OR
Store credit will be issued.

5.6 No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

5.7 Ithra Fashion reserves the sole right to approve or reject any claim after reviewing the submitted evidence.

6. Shipping Policy (Malaysia)

6.1 Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

6.2 Estimated delivery times:

West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 working days

6.3 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

6.4 Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise during promotional periods.

6.5 Ithra Fashion is not responsible for:

Courier delays
Failed delivery attempts
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

6.6 If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Ithra Fashion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with payment to the designated account, you confirm that:

You have read and understood all Terms & Conditions.
You agree to the Cancellation Policy.
You accept the No Return / No Refund policy.
You acknowledge the Color & Size Disclaimer.
You understand the Exchange Policy requirements, including mandatory unboxing video proof.
You agree to the Shipping Policy terms.
